SMS Communications and Text Messaging Privacy

By providing your mobile number to Architek Health and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, onboarding process, platform updates, and support communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

Data Privacy & Third-Party Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Architek Health maintains compliance with applicable SMS regulations, including CTIA and carrier-specific guidelines.
